¶ Step-by-step guide
- In the advanced set up there must be at least 1 person operating the Biobox.
To begin go into the Biobox and turn on the Behringer X32 Digital Mixer.
2. After you have turned on the Digital Mixer you must make sure the scene is on “Assembly Main”.
To do this press the View button on the Scenes section, then on the screen use the far left knob and click it in for “Assembly Main”. It will come up with “Are you sure”, click YES.
3. Once you have set the Scene, ensure the Digital Mixers starting levels are correct (as shown in the pictures below), open up the laptop, and open up your presentation.
4. Now turn on the projector which is located under the laptop. Then find microphones (which are found in the side cabinet) and connect “Biobox” Lectern mic to Lectern and the 3 wireless mics to the stand side stage.
5. Before you finish up you will want to do a mic check by turning the mics on and making sure their levels aren’t too soft or too loud. Then you need to test the audio of the videos on your presentation by clicking through your slides and testing them.
